I cancelled my product orders from ViSalus over six months ago. They ignored my cancellation attempt, charged my card again and I had to dispute the charge through my bank.

But that's not where the story ends. Here I am, over six months later and I get a random email from their autoship department, complaining that they can't process a payment.

I couldn't believe it. I hadn't heard from this company for over six months, had cancelled via email, phone and onsite, and yet they were trying to fraudulently use the credit card information I had provided them?!?

I responded to the email very angrily. While no damage has been done to me financially, if I hadn't closed that bank account, I would have been screwed by them AGAIN.

I plan to see if there is something that can be done about this dishonest company to protect consumers. Until then, I hope that people see my story before they EVER give this company credit card information.
